
Phillip Boda

Phillip Boda is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Learning Partnership. Phillip’s work focuses on equity, educational technology, and design-based research in K-12 science education. Between 2017-2020, Phillip has published 12 peer-reviewed journal articles, 4 book chapters, and 1 edited volume. He has also committed to his professional service through editorial review board appointments for the journals Contemporary Issues in Technology and Teacher Education, the Journal of Science Teacher Education, the Journal of Research in Science Teaching, and the practitioner journal Innovations in Science Teacher Education. He previously held a postdoctoral researcher fellowship at the University of California, Berkeley and a postdoctoral researcher fellowship at Stanford University. He received his Ed.M. in teacher education and Ph.D. in science education from Teachers College, Columbia University, as well as his B.S. in education from Bowling Green State University.
